Our L&D team focuses on ‘transformation’ through theoretical and experiential learning - some through trainer-led sessions and others through on-the-job learning. Along with a marked focus on knowledge enhancement, our L&D programme emphasises equally on developing skills and behaviours of our people. We have a pool of 42 in-house trainers who deliver trainings on various topics across technical, functional and behavioural categories. External training sessions from industry experts are conducted frequently throughout the year.
At SGA, we ensure rigorous focus on compliance framework trainings. Since April 2020, 50+ learning sessions with 650+ participants have been covered, achieving 2000+ training hours.
