The world is reeling under the devastating impact caused due to the coronavirus pandemic. The pandemic is having disastrous effects on the day-to-day lives of millions of underprivileged Indians.
The COVID-19 pandemic is wreaking havoc on the less-fortunate population of India. As a huge chunk of the underprivileged people are employed as daily wagers, the outbreak of the contagious disease has left a huge hole in their pockets as income streams have shut down, wiping out all their savings.
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a drastic impact on the daily wage earners and vulnerable communities including healthcare workers. Nearly 10 crore people in India live in slums. A majority of these people comprise economic migrants from poor rural areas who come to cities in search of shelter and livelihood.
Each child matters. Every bit helps. SG Analytics has provided full education scholarships for 5 children, each for 14 years, in association with Isha Vidhya, an NGO run by Isha Foundation.

Over 200 SGAites gathered in the morning of 19 November 2016 on the banks of the Mula-Mutha river to conduct a clean-up exercise to eliminate the accumulated waste from the river. The activity also helped in spreading awareness regarding the urgent need to address river pollution in India.
SG Analytics has formed an alliance with the Green Hills Group to participate in tree plantation programmes each year. The goal is to save Pune’s most prized possessions, i.e. its famous small hills (Tekdis), from losing their greenery and beauty.
SG Analytics funds the education of a number of students as part of an initiative launched by the Vidyarthi Sahhayak Samiti in Shrigonda (Maharashtra). SG Analytics also held a three-day event for children studying at the ‘Sanstha’, which included career counselling and cultural events.
In line with the Indian government’s ‘Clean India’ initiative, SG Analytics and its partner NGO INORA launched a CSR activity to build toilets in rural parts of India. SG Analytics donated a toilet block to the Zilla Parishad Primary School in Gadadhavane village (Maharashtra).
