A US-based fintech organization aiming to unlock efficiencies in alternative investment processes by introducing purpose-built automation into the workflows of institutional investors, asset servicers, capital allocators, and wealth managers.
The client wanted a one-stop solution for assistance in critical customer lifecycle activities like onboarding, collection, exceptions handling, and support service desk. SG Analytics (SGA) worked as an extended arm for the product & support team with expertise in data operations and data management.

SGA APPROACH

The workflow designed by SGA implements finance specialists involved in

  • Multiple document sourcing showcasing outcomes and strategies for hedge funds & drawdown funds
  • Document sourcing covers – account statements, transaction summaries, fact sheets, financial reports
  • Categorize documents as per client requirements
  • Mine performance data across various documents    published by the fund managers 
  • Email connects with fund managers to set up accounts on third-party websites
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on account lifecycle management
  • Develop and monitor workflow to build scalable practices to coordinate between departments and stakeholders
  • Maintain centralized database and scheduled updates 
  • Service desk support to monitor salesforce environment to manage customer requests and take required actions for timely resolution
