SG Analytics (SGA), a global insights and analytics company, on Thursday announced the appointment of Dr Kiran Bala as its Chief Human Resources Office (CHRO).
Bala brings over 18 years of experience leading high-performing human resources (HR) teams at global organisations. In her new role, Bala will lead SG Analytics’ global HR strategy to improve operational effectiveness and align with the company’s business priorities as it continues along its explosive growth story. She will work along with SGA’s global HR team and senior leaders to design programmes that focus on employer brand, employee experience and talent practices, according to a statement.
Bala recently served as the Head of Human Resources for UST BlueConch, a global product and platform engineering company. Throughout her career, Bala has worked with companies like SKF,
Persistent Systems, Schaeffler Group, IBM and M&M. She is passionate about building high performance teams, strengthening culture and learning & development, the statement said.
