Leave Sharing Policy
We are extremely proud of our young energy and have enacted through flexible time/leave plans. Additionally, SGA practices a unique leave transfer policy under which any employee who has a deficit in leave balance can be offered leaves by fellow team members in times of medical exigencies.
This fosters indubitable camaraderie and team spirit within respective teams and the organization.
